J.S. Uboh is the Chairman & President of JUBOH Companies International, whereas he had lead Design/Build projects throughout the United States of America. His national clients have included the United States Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Trade Commission, whereas he serves as a Federal Government Contractor and develops office, warehousing, and residential facilities for the US federal government.
This brilliant and visionary mind has developed millions of square footage, in both residential and commercial real estate. Currently, Mr. Uboh is busy with the building of a luxury golf estate community, and with the conversion of an old mall to a $50 Million Dollar Mixed-Use Development; consistent with a hotel, 44 unit luxury condominiums, 20- stall food hall, 20 retail stores, high-tech business office complex, and 2-acre community park.
He is also involved in local and state-wide projects throughout the southeast United States of America.
Mr. Uboh is a graduate of Cornell University, an Ivy League Institution, and holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development.
His goal is to simplify the development process and to create more minority and women developers in the United States.
